Terms and Conditions of Travel Agents Partnership Program
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between Travel Agent (“You” or “Your” or “User” as the context requires) and Al Hashar Toursim and Travels website i.e. agents.alhashartravels.com (“We” or “Our “ or “AHTT” as the context requires). Please, read them carefully before using the online service or any ancillary or derivative product (“Service”) provided by Al Hashar Travels to You. By clicking the “Register” button or by using the Service in any way, you confirm either for yourself or on behalf of your Company that you have read and understood the Agreement and have accepted to be bound by it. We reserve the right to change these terms, conditions and notices and you agree to accept and be bound by the terms, conditions and notices that are in effect at the time of your use of our website and facilities.
You are urged to leave this site if you do not accept these terms and conditions in full. You confirm that you are 18 years or older except where your local jurisdiction permits for a lower legal age to enter into legally binding contracts. You will not be able to access our website in countries where it is considered illegal to do so.

Booking Policies
AHTT acts on behalf of the travel service providers as their agent and these General Terms and Conditions apply to all the services we offer to our customers.
Prior to any reservation you are entitled to review the terms and conditions of the travel service providers we recommend and it is agreed that you accept these terms when you book with us. Air transport regulations are also provided to you via this link on our website and you are deemed to have accepted their terms if you complete the reservation on our website. The same applies to National Rail companies and their terms are available from this link. We will provide you with any specific terms from our recommended accommodation providers before you finalize your booking.
You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, which will determine the change and cancellation policy applicable to your purchase, including, but not limited to penalties which may apply.
We reserve the right to change the General Terms and Conditions but (website name) will not amend the terms once you have made your booking. As the terms and conditions on our website are subject to change from time to time we advise you to print out a copy of the terms that were in force when you made your booking.
Use of the Service:
Subject to this Agreement, this website allows user to access the reservation system, use the Service to book travel services not only limited to Air but also Hotel, packages, Car, Transfers, Activities & Travel Insurances etc. This website operates and controls the Service and provides you in its absolute discretion.
User agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, content, or services obtained from this website.
User must comply with all laws and regulations when using the Service and must not use the Service for illegal or illegitimate purposes.
Your use of Service will not infringe the rights of any third party.
You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the products and services of this website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
In case we found or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from user that the request is either unauthorized or the information provided by user is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by user, AHTT in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against you, including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to you. In such an event, AHTT shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services. The User unequivocally indemnifies AHTT of any such claim or liability and shall not hold AHTT responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by AHTT for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers.
You shall be completely responsible for payment/ reimbursement of all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of this website.

Ticketing through Import PNR option
The User will be responsible and liable for the payment of any debits raised by airline or GDS system, if any, arising out of the bookings made through the GDS system and ticketed through the IMPORT option provided by AHTT.
Indemnification and Liability
You agree to indemnify and keep AHTT and its employees fully and effectively indemnified from and against all actions, claims, proceedings, costs, damages, fines and expenses of any kind or nature including, without limitation, legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service including, without limitation, the provision by you of copy or data which may be or become utilized on this website or your violation of these terms of use or your violation of any law or rights of third party which makes Al Hashar Travel liable.
All disputes arising between you and AHTT under this Agreement shall be resolved by way of direct negotiations
We shall take all measures to ensure this website provide correct and accurate information. But however we do not warranty the pricing, validity and quality of the products and services available on this website.
Advertisements Some of the advertisements you see on the Site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. AHTT Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, copyright (including copyright in computer software), patents, trademarks or business names, design rights, database rights, know-how, trade secrets and rights of confidence in the Service (“Intellectual Property Rights”) are owned or licensed by AHTT Website. You acknowledge that by using the Service, You will not acquire any right or interest in the Service or the Intellectual Property Rights.
You shall not in any way imitate or copy any of AHTT Websites (in general or in respect of certain (new) features, pages, form, composition or aspects).
Communication
You must keep your Contact Details up to date as those will be used for any communication, sending tickets, reports through website. You must update correct and accurate contact details of passenger as these details will be used by supplier to inform any delay or cancellation of flights directly.
AHTT is not responsible to provide information about any change in flight schedule, cancellation and status of airline or Hotel etc.
For any offline amendment and refund request should be sent 24hours prior to service scheduled, to the contact details as mentioned on this website during the working hours on working days except on public or private holidays declared in Sultanate of Oman. Request will be processed as per the directive and rules and regulations of airline, Hotel or supplier. AHTT is not responsible for any delay because of circumstances beyond our control.
Refund Policy
AHTT process the refund only after getting online request through website or offline request through registered email by the User. Cancellation or Refund will be processed as per the rules and regulations of the product purchase time (Refer Booking policies) along with our service charges as mentioned in this website. We do not entertain request of Non-Refundable ticket or service.
FEES
AHTT reserve the right to charges service fee for certain services, after sale services and transaction fees based on certain completed transactions for services or products. We reserve the right to alter any and all fees from time to time without notice. The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services.
In case, there is a short charging this website for services or transaction fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion.
Payments:
If any travel agent(s) avails credit facility from the company, AHTT and fails to clear the credit in approved period, AHTT can take legal action against him. In such cases, they are charged some interest rates that can be decided by the company itself. Firm lawful steps can be taken, if any cheating is found by the travel agent.
Devices
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our Web pages or the content contained herein without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the our site or any listing, offer or transaction being conducted on our site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
General Terms:
You are advised to secure your login details, including login ID and password. You will be entirely responsible for any use or misuse of your account. AHTT as being a reputed and responsible travel agency, provides you the best possible information about the hotels, airlines, transportation, activities and railways. However, it is advised to all users to make a personal inquiry to avoid any confusion & mess.
We are not responsible for any delay & alteration in confirmed itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances, which can be anything.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss or injury made during enjoying the holiday packages provided by us. Guests are accountable for their own safety measures.
We are also not accountable for any human error that gone unnoticed by the users and our staffs.
Dispute and Governing Law:
If any dispute arises between user and AHTT during the use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration at Muscat. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration act of Sultanate of Oman and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
In the event of booking of any third party tours or travel products or services like flights, hotel, bus, rail, cruises, sightseeing etc, the Terms and Conditions specified by such Operator, including their payment schedule, cancellation, refund etc. shall be applicable, in addition to our Terms and Conditions. We selected reputed providers and suppliers on this website for all services but still we have no direct control over such services or persons providing such services or their staff. In case of third party products provided on our website, we take no responsibility for the contents, quality or safety of the product in any way. AHTT is not liable for any loss or damage occurred by opting these services or products. In case a client is not satisfied with a particular service, we can take up the matter with the supplier if we are intimated immediately.
All our products and services provided in this website are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions and the same shall govern the contract between us.
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the sultanate of Oman and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Muscat, Sultanate of Oman
